Welcome to weasel-zone. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
weasel-zone provides professional portrait photography services, including but not limited to:
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance.
Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days will forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
All photographs taken during your session remain the intellectual property of weasel-zone until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial usage rights must be specifically negotiated and agreed upon in writing. Additional fees may apply for commercial licensing.
We will never use your photographs for our portfolio, marketing, or any other purpose without your explicit written consent. This is a core principle of our business.

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your personal data.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding our clients. We will never confirm or deny that any individual is or has been a client without their explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, weasel-zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless weasel-zone, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or your misuse of our services.
Digital files will be delivered via secure download link within 14 business days of your session, unless otherwise agreed.
Archival prints and physical materials will be shipped or available for pickup within 21 business days of your session.
Basic retouching is included in all packages. Extensive retouching requests may incur additional charges.
Sessions are conducted at our studio unless specifically arranged otherwise. Location sessions are available at additional cost.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session if we believe it is necessary for the safety or well-being of our staff or other clients.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or equipment failure.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
